Our story

Our story started in the regions of Québec, far from the big tech hubs, with a small team convinced that great software could be built anywhere, as long as it's built with care. Alongside our sister agency Libéo, which has been shaping Québec's digital landscape since 1996, we've grown into a team of 80 full-time experts. Along the way, we've stayed early on every major shift, from web and mobile to artificial intelligence.

2016

Rum&Code is born in Shawinigan, building web and mobile applications for ambitious clients.

2018

Rum&Code employees win the AI hackathon organised by Radio-Canada (CBC)

2021

Libéo becomes Rum&Code's majority shareholder. Rum&Code stays independent and rooted in Shawinigan, backed by 25 years of experience.

2024

Strategic AI workshops help clients modernise their operations at scale.

2025

2026
